Book Review:

Great content but impossible to read

This book is filled with information and extremely helpful for someone just starting out with Keto but the formating of the iBooks version is impossible to read! You have to read it in the double page format but cannot adjust the font size. There is also no way to highlight passages you might want to come back to. Do yourself a favor and buy a paperback copy.

Very informational, not a cookbook

I’ll have to agree with the previous reviewer. This book is great and informational. I love how she broke everything down and made it simple and straight forward. So much so that I bought the digital and physical book.

The recipes leave a lot to be desired. Honestly, I’m not planning on attempting any of them. I have a different source for that. The actual means seem more adventurous than I’m accustomed. And the ingredients aren’t something you can simply pick up at your neighborhood market, or a target… Probably a whole foods/paycheck.

If you’re intesrested in receipes, this isn’t the book for you. If you want to get a run down on the keto diet, This is a great resource.
