Lots of great recipes in this book

My girlfriend and I have been trying to stick to being Paleo. It's been challenging because we get tired of the same meals, especially for dinner. We purchased this cookbook in hope of finding some new recipes and have been pleasantly surprised. There are a number of new dishes from this cookbook which we love making for dinner. My favorite type of food is Italian so it was great to find a tasty substitution (spaghetti squash) for pasta. Doesn't sound good but it really is. We give this cookbook two thumbs up!

Healthy, Energizing, Tasty

I decided to try out the Paleo Diet with my boyfriend. He was already a big meat eater so it wasn't hard to convince him to get on board. I made him the Beef Ribeye Roast with a Green Peppercorn sauce one night for dinner. It was a big hit. The meat was amazingly juicy and the green peppercorns gave the meal a really exciting flavor. We've been doing pretty good, going out for runs a few times a week and avoiding carbs and dairy. This diet is great because you stay satisfied and lose weight pretty quick. The Poached Eggs and Root Vegetable Hash is a great breakfast treat. They are warm, crispy and full of healthy vegetables. I think this diet is easy for anyone to maintain and genuinely helps you lose weight. I don't even crave pasta and bread because I never feel hungry. My boyfriend is happy because meat is involved and I've noticed we are both significantly less irritable without all the blood sugar spikes. I'm glad I have this book.
