This book was an enlightenment to giving knowledge and facts about meat consumption in today's society. I learned that meat is not good for you. I can say that as having digestive and stomach issues that meat is killing me. I want to live longer and have a healthier life. So I have decided to stop meat consumption and save not only myself but help the world by less meat consumption and a greener world.
